Nevada data center projects in government records, 2026
3 data center projects found in Nevada government records dated April 26 to October 26, 2026: a Lyon County planned unit development rezoning, a Governor's Office of Economic Development tax abatement in Storey County and a Clark County Zoning Commission approval near Warm Springs Road. One record states equipment (a 500 MW natural gas backup system, a 500 MW battery storage system and a substation); none of the records we opened state a generator count. Every project links to its government record.
Storey County agendas are blocked to automated readers, the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada docket system could not be read, and the state air permit notice list shows only recent notices, so projects at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center and utility dockets for data centers appear only as leads. This is a sample, not a complete list.
