What you get

A PDF report and an Excel spreadsheet by email within 5 business days of payment.
Government records dated in the six months before your order: air permits, rezonings, utility commission orders and similar records.
For each project: applicant as named, location, stage, equipment only as a record states it, next public dates, the buying window and a suggested next research step.
Every row checked against its linked sources before delivery.
If a row does not match its source, tell us within 7 days and we fix it within 2 business days.
At least 7 projects with a government record we could open, or your choice of a full refund, a different state, or the scan as it stands.

A complete list of every project in the state.
Earlier notice than the news. In our samples the news usually came first.
Predictions of which projects will be built or what anyone will buy.
Private contact details. People appear only as they are named in public records.
