Pennsylvania data center projects in government records, 2026

10 data center projects found in Pennsylvania DEP permit records and township, borough and county land use records dated April 26 to October 26, 2026. 3 give generator counts in a government record: DEP's proposed air plan approval for Amazon in Falls Township, a township engineer review in Smithfield Township, and a township agenda in Upper Burrell Township. Every project links to its government record.

The Pennsylvania Bulletin, DEP eFACTS and the DEP Data Center Permit Tracker could not be read automatically when we checked, so most DEP air permit notices are missing, and we did not check every county. This is a sample, not a complete list.
